Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. However, we are a small independent business so occasionally during busy periods, it may take us a little longer to get your order dispatched. 

Standard UK Delivery

Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. All deliveries are 48hr tracked, with the exception of bookmarks which will be sent 1st class and delivered by Royal Mail. (Seasonal periods may take a little longer) 

International shipping

We are delighted to provide international shipping to customers globally. Please note that international orders might incur customs fees, import duties, and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not reflected in the order total or shipping fees. We suggest reaching out to your local customs office for further details regarding any potential costs.

Lost or damaged packages

In the rare occasion that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@understoodco.uk and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.
