This journal is not dated, allowing you to fill it out at your own pace. The pages in each section features a blank date space, enabling you to reflect on your progress later.

We have put a lot of work into our brand being as sustainable and planet friendly as possible. We appreciate we won't be perfect from the beginning whilst we are growing and learning however, we hope to continue to improve in this area. Here are some of the ways we work towards sustainability goals:

• All products are created in the UK.
• Your parcel will arrive plastic-free with minimal packaging and inserts.
• We work with printers who are very proud of their green credentials.
• The paper used to create the journals is sustainably sourced, their deliveries are carbon neutral and every time we place an order with them, we fund the planting of a tree.

Our studio is located in Lancashire, UK.
